Got out on house arrest..

man I was missing my family, friends, communities, guitars, music (especially Dead *_* ) and yeah.

I am out on house arrest =D I have 52 days left to complete. How sweet it is

Well, just thought I'd drop a thread on the good news, huge thanks goes out to all of you who gingerly tossed positive energy toward my predicament, I really appreciate it. Lately I am reading more and more about energy, nutty stuff. I got to read a lot in jail for the 7 days I was in, I reread The Catcher in the Rye, I read 'The Colour Purple' and I am starting to read "The Celestine Prophecy".. At least I got back into reading while I was in there.. the food was 'terrific' as Holden Caulfield'd say

well i gotta catch up on some things right now, ttyl though!

good to see you back

That Celestine will rock your world if you let it- still rocks mine- when the coincidences start flowing like the air you breath pay strict attention and follow the direction of the universe- this is not metaphysics- it is quantum theory- the energy you are reading about is you and the confluence of events leading to you being out is definitely directed toward you doing something positive and unique- rather than you being in lockdown you are here

Now figure out what you should be doing- by all means finish Celestine

In searching for your cryptography I happened upon this thread and The Celestine Prophecy. I was looking for a new book for when I finish The Pillars of Earth in a day or two. Looks good. BTW, I have know idea what your nuggets or crypt means, but I like a good riddle. Must have something to do with the Dead playing some music for the Tales from the Crypt (or was that Twilight Zone?).

Great news Max. Glad the cards fell that way for you, brother. 8/27/72 and playing guitar, then dinner w/family sounds like good times. Hope they continue. Peace!

I'm sure it feels better. Did I miss the details of the "crime" or are we not getting into that? I respect your privacy if thats the case. Breathe deep and enjoy.

New job with the same company has been rather time consuming. Family in town last weekend and the 15th too. Daughters graduation/bachaleurate(sp?)two weeks ago and her open house last Sat. Stilldead77 is home from Thailand and will be going to one of the fests in Salem Mo in early Aug. I am considering driving there for the day to meet him and listen to some tunes, have a couple beers. Don't know if I can swing an overnight, and early Aug tends to be rather scorchy. Who'd you see in the Ozarks?

Not much of anybody, really. Just a bunch of people partying in the woods at Schwag. Never even made it up to the stage, but much of that had to do with all of the rainfall.

Is that Shwagstock/ Camp Zoe? I think thats where Still77 is heading. How far from Carbondale is that for you?

Schwagstock and Camp Zoe are almost synonymous in that the one takes place at the other. We're in Centralia, 65 miles north of Carbondale. Depending on the frequency of bathroom breaks, it takes about 4 1/2 to 5 hours for us to get there.

Should we plan loosely on early August. 3 forumites in one place may be a new record!

If that's the big fest with String Cheese, Los Lobos, The Wailers, and others, then it is a distinct possibility. But the cost of admission might also prevent us from going, depending on what our finances look like at that point. It is definitely a maybe, though.

That would be the event. Maybe Stilldead77 can cut a hole in the back fence for us like the old days!

House arrest? Shee-it, my brother, that's like being told that in order to graduate, you have to retake summer vacation.

Hey: I flunked summer vacation twice in the same year. That's why I got left over.

Glad to have you back online Max! Enjoy the reading. It'll enrich your soul in ways that may not be apparent now, but will payoff in the long run.

Congrats!

Wonderful update!- Though you may not have been here in-person, rest assured your spirit remained alive in our hearts and memories. You should start writing books instead of reading them. --- AshesRising
